- 2 packets ramen noodles
- 1 cup broccoli, cut into small pieces
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the chicken to the pan. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the ramen noodles and soy sauce. Toss everything together to combine, about 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with green onions if desired.
