Ingredients

  • 300 g chicken, cut into pieces
  • 2 packets ramen noodles
  • 1 cup broccoli, cut into small pieces
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the chicken to the pan. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  6. Add the ramen noodles and soy sauce. Toss everything together to combine, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with green onions if desired.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
