A delicious twist on a classic favorite, combining tender chicken, crispy bacon, creamy ranch dressing, and melted cheese between two slices of bread.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Lettuce and tomato (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with ranch dressing and crumbled bacon.
- Lay one slice of bread on a plate, then spread the chicken-bacon mixture on top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the mixture.
- Add lettuce and tomato if desired, and top with the second slice of bread.
- Grill the sandwich in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Slice in half and serve hot.
Notes
Make sure your bacon is crispy for extra crunch. Use a good quality ranch dressing for more flavor.
