Chewy Maple Cinnamon Cookies

Soft and chewy cookies infused with maple and cinnamon, finished with a drizzle of white chocolate.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 batch Chewy Maple Cinnamon Cookie dough
  • White chocolate melting wafers
  • Holly berry sprinkles
  • Food scale
  • Light colored baking sheets

Instructions

  1. Prepare the maple cinnamon cookie dough and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  2. Portion the dough into 1.5 oz balls using a food scale.
  3. Bake the cookies and allow them to cool completely.
  4. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, keeping the microwave at half power.
  5. Dip half of each cooled cookie into melted white chocolate and place on wax or parchment paper to dry.
  6. Drizzle additional melted white chocolate over the dipped portion using a piping or ziplock bag.
  7. Sprinkle holly berry sprinkles on top before the chocolate sets.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
