Instructions

  1. Prepare the cookie dough: Start by making the maple cinnamon cookie dough. Refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Portion the dough: Use a food scale to measure 1.5 oz portions of dough to create uniform cookie balls.
  3. Bake the cookies: Place the dough balls on a light-colored baking sheet and bake according to the recipe instructions. Let the cookies cool completely before decorating.
  4. Melt the white chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate melting wafers at half power.
  5. Dip the cookies: Dip half of each cool cookie into the melted white chocolate and lay on wax or parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle with chocolate: Use a piping bag or ziplock to drizzle extra melted white chocolate over the dipped cookies.
  7. Add sprinkles: Before the drizzle hardens, sprinkle holly berry sprinkles over the cookies.
