Description
Quick and tasty wraps filled with shredded chicken, garlic aioli, and melted cheese. Perfect for lunch or a light dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1/2 cup garlic aioli
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Put shredded chicken in a bowl.
- Add garlic aioli. Stir well and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a pan on medium.
- Lay one tortilla on a plate. Spoon 1/4 of the chicken mix into the center.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese over the chicken.
- Fold the sides and roll the tortilla to close.
- Place the wrap in the hot pan. Cook for 1–2 minutes per side until the tortilla is golden and the cheese melts.
- Cut in half and serve warm.
Notes
Use warm chicken for faster heating. Avoid overfilling the tortilla for easy folding. Toast the wrap for a crisp exterior. Good quality garlic aioli enhances the flavor.
