Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Delicious wraps filled with shredded chicken, gooey cheese, and garlic, perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add shredded chicken to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and stir until heated through.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheese until melted.
  4. Place a portion of the chicken and cheese mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  5. Roll up the tortillas tightly and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 15-20 minutes, or until the wraps are golden and crispy.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
