Cheesy Garlic Breadsticks

Delightful cheesy garlic breadsticks that are easy to make, perfect as a snack or complement to pasta dishes.

  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 4 tablespoons of butter, softened
  • 23 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on both halves.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with parsley if desired, and slice into sticks. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra cheese, feel free to add more mozzarella. You can also customize with other cheeses or spices.
