Description

Delightful dessert bars combining creamy cheesecake, sweet apples, and rich caramel, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl it into the mixture with a knife.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set.
  9. Allow to cool before cutting into bars. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

For a cleaner cut, use a sharp knife. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
