Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl it into the mixture with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
