Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars

Delicious dessert combining creamy cheesecake and tart apples, topped with caramel. Perfect for fall gatherings!

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
  4. Fold in diced apples and cinnamon. Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce on top.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
  7. Serve with extra caramel for drizzling if desired.

Notes

Use fresh apples for the best flavor. Ensure cream cheese is softened to avoid lumps. Don’t skip the chilling time for better results.
