Breakfast Casserole

A delicious and easy Breakfast Casserole with layers of crescent rolls, sausage, eggs, and cheese, perfect for starting your day.

Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 pound mild breakfast sausage
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat and drain the excess grease.
  4. Spread the crescent rolls evenly in the bottom of the prepared dish.
  5. Add the cooked sausage on top of the crescent rolls.
  6. Pour the beaten eggs over the sausage.
  7. Generously sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes

Let cool before slicing. Pair with fresh fruit or breakfast potatoes. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
