Breakfast Casserole with Crescent Rolls, Sausage, Eggs, and Cheddar

An easy and delicious breakfast casserole featuring flaky crescent rolls, savory sausage, fluffy eggs, and melty cheddar cheese.

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 pound mild breakfast sausage
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Spread the crescent rolls evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  4. Distribute the cooked sausage over the crescent roll layer.
  5. Pour the beaten eggs over the sausage layer, letting them seep through.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously over the top.
  7. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden brown on top.

Notes
