Breakfast Casserole

A hearty and satisfying breakfast casserole with eggs, bacon, and cheese, perfect for families and gatherings.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the crumbled bacon, diced bell peppers, and shredded cheese to the egg mixture.
  4. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

For a healthier version, use egg whites or add spinach. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
