Best Festive Holiday Antipasto Cream Cheese Log

An easy and flavorful appetizer that combines cream cheese with roasted red peppers, artichokes, olives, and pepperoni, perfect for holiday gatherings.

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 cup chopped green olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped pepperoni
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (for coating)
  • Crackers or sliced baguette (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, green olives, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a log on a sheet of plastic wrap. Roll tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Unwrap the chilled log and roll it in chopped walnuts to coat evenly.
  5. Slice the log into rounds and serve with crackers or sliced baguette.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. Can be made a day in advance.
