The Best Christmas Fudge

A delicious, creamy holiday fudge combining white and semi-sweet chocolate, perfect for gifting or enjoying at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (divided)
  • 6 oz white chocolate chips
  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract (divided)
  • 2 tbsp Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper, spray with nonstick cooking spray, and set aside.
  2. Divide the sweetened condensed milk in half, adding about 7 oz to the bowl with the white chocolate chips and the rest to the bowl with the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  3. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate mixture in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between. Once melted, add 1 tsp of vanilla extract and stir to combine, then spread this mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  4. Melt the white chocolate mixture in the microwave using the same 30-second increments. Once melted, add the remaining 1 tsp of vanilla extract, stir, mix in the Christmas sprinkles, and spread on top of the semi-sweet chocolate layer.
  5. Top with extra Christmas sprinkles and chill in the fridge for at least one hour before slicing and enjoying.

Notes

Make sure to stir well after each microwave increment to avoid burning the chocolate. Use fresh ingredients for best flavor. If fudge is too soft, it may need additional chilling time.
