Description

A delicious and easy meal combining crispy chicken, spicy sauce, and fresh veggies, perfect for beginner cooks.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt (or mayonnaise)
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust for heat)
  • 2 cups mixed greens (lettuce, spinach, or kale)
  • 1 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Dip each piece into the panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the breadcrumb-coated chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In a bowl, mix yogurt, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until combined to make the sauce.
  5. In a large bowl, layer mixed greens, then add cooked chicken, cucumbers, carrots, and avocado slices.
  6. Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the top and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crunch, double coat the chicken. Adjust sriracha to taste. Use seasonal veggies for added nutrition.
