Baked Cranberry Brie Bites

Delightful appetizer bites combining creamy brie and sweet cranberry sauce, perfect for any gathering.

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp candied pecans, chopped (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 12 equal squares, pressing each into the muffin cups to form a cup.
  3. Place a cube of brie into each pastry cup and top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce and optional chopped pecans.
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  5. Cool for 5 minutes and add a tiny sprig of rosemary for garnish before serving.

Notes

Make sure your puff pastry is chilled for the best texture. You can prepare these bites in advance and refrigerate them before baking.
