Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, diced onion, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
