Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef, diced onion, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Form the mixture into patties and pan-fry in a skillet with vegetable oil until browned on both sides.
